Bright Sparks is W5’s exciting week-long summer camp for inquisitive young minds aged 8 to 11. Bright Sparks is specially designed to bring out the budding scientist in everyone. This year’s camps will be running on selected dates in July and August. Each day will be jam-packed with exciting activities linked to science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).
Activities will include workshops, science shows, exhibition visits, construction challenges, coding, animation and much more. Each week will also include a special field trip within the local area. The camp is designed for children aged 8 to 11 years old (children commencing Year 5, 6, 7 or 8) and runs from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
